Back pain?

When I walk my lower back, right hand side hurts. The pain is shooting and almost goes to my butt. I have done nothing strenuousness. Any ideas? Any suggestions?

well it could be a number of things, maybe you have a pulled muscle or iot could be your kidneys,have you been drinking enough water? you should go to the doctor before it gets worse
pain killers
do you have flat feet? play sports? prob best to see a doctor.
