Especially if you have bought the program, and don’t use it anymore, like a lot of people do, may I borrow your user name and password to see if I like it? I just want to see if the diet generator is worth it.And even if you don’t want to give me your info, You should at least tell me if It’s worth buying and if it has worked for you. =)

Okay, what I plan to do is the FatLoss4Idiots diet which says you will lose 9 pounds of fat in 11 days, by tricking your fat burning hormones. And I also plan on mixing it with this walking plan that I found in Woman’s World magazine that says you will lose 9 pounds/9 inches this week by doing this specific speed walking plan. I need to lose 20 or more pounds in 2 weeks…WILL THIS WORK? Are there any other plans that GURANTEE 20 pounds of weight loss in 2 weeks?

Do not tell me to try acai berry because I WILL NOT

I’m VERY desperate! I’m starting dance classes in 2 weeks!!!!! PLEASE HELP!
Acai berry is a scam, and it does not work fast enough. I’m also very skeptical about it…it’s just an antioxidant

im 14 years old, 159cm and 112 pounds/50kg.
i know that some of you may say at this age i dont need to worry, but i wanna at least maintain this weight for a while. BECAUSE I EAT A LOT, i have been trying a couple things to get rid of my belly and excess fat on my thighs. but when i start doing research, everything just muddles up my brain.

recently in a time magazine, it says excercise won’t make you skinny. in this website, fatloss4idiots.com or something, it says low-carb and low-calorie diets NEVER work. in others, it says it does. so my question is: WHAT?!!! whats the best way to MAINTAIN your weight, or lose a couple pounds off a certain area of your body? ive recently taken up spin cycling, for my thighs and i try to do sit-ups everyday. will this help at all? i already do regular excercise around twice a week.

and is eating the right foods really the key? if so, what? like for breakfast, say..eggs on toast? any advice would help, thank you :)

ps. its not, NOT that i think im fat, i would just feel happier with myself if i lost this belly of mine.

Will p90x work for someone overweight?

Can an overweight person do the P90x program? I was 240 pounds in February and with watching what entered my mouth and upping my exercise through DDR and such, I dropped it down to 215. I admit that I did it unhealthy at first, but then I joined fatloss4idiots.com and it lost the weight slower and more healthy.

I’m using wii fit, gold’s gym: cardio workout, and still doing my same with DDR (difficult and expert settings) so it’s more of a challenge and it burns calories.

But regardless of everything, I’m still overweight. Obese, according to BMI standards. I’m not a quitter and I just keep to things until I’ve got it down.

So, is P90x right for someone that’s overweight but not overweight enough where they are a couch potato? I think I can do it, even though I know it’ll be tough and I’ll burn in places like I haven’t burned before (I heard the first week gives you burns from Hell, but it pays off on the next week)

And will someone that’s overweight see results? Of course, I know it won’t be like the results like the Before & After photos that float around the web. But will I lose some fat (or gain muscle so it’ll burn fat)? I read some places where a 257 pound woman lost 30 pounds in the third phase. Not sure if that’s possible or not. Of course, I guess it’d depend on metabolism and stuff?
