why do i have back pain before a bowel movement?

every once in a while, i get back pain right before a bowel movement. on a scale of one to ten (one being no pain at all) the pain is a 3 or 4. each time it has happened, the same person prepared meals within 48 hours before. i would have two to three bowel movements within an hour then be fine. i am the only one to have this issue each time.

Is my organic herbal colon cleanse working?

I have been taking an organic herbal colon cleanse for about 2wks. Now and the only thing I noticed is increased bowel movements. Nothing major like elimination of built up waste as it promises. The product is called Bromolite and it says it does all these things and I haven’t seen any. I have been eating properly and exercising,which promotes bowel movement and still nothing. Is it too soon? Am I wasting my time and should try something else? Please help! I really want to flush this stuff from my colon.

Colon Cleansing?

I have been having bowel movement problems since I was a teen. I thought it was because of the way I ate (and still do). However, recently I have been reading up on diets and diet pills and found some websites about colon cleansing…I am think of trying a program called "Colonix" because I feel so miserable sometimes, especially after eating. I feel bloated and sluggish. Does anybody know if this program is worth the money and could someone tell me if colon cleansing is really beneficial?
