I need some suggestions on vegetarian food?

I live in miami, FL, migrated from India 6 months ago. I have always been a vegetarian but here i find it difficult to get vegetarian food, my studies and work makes it hard to devote much time to cooking at home. I need suggestion on vegetarian food which is easy to cook, takes less time, nutritious and affordable.
