What’s the deal with all these “colon cleanse” products?

While I don’t doubt that we all have 8-12 lbs of crap stuck in our intestines and colon, do these products actually flush it out?
If so, what, if any, health benefits would result from having it flushed out?
Also what would happen if I took it? Would I be running to the bathroom to crap out half digested pizza rolls from 5 years ago?

I am wondering were to buy the Acai Berry pills without risking the possibility of getting a ridiculous online bill later on. Can you buy them at a health food store? Costco? Walmart? Shoppers Drug Mart? I heard they have amazing health benefits besides just weight loss.
if I buy acai berry juice or drinkable acai berry yogurt,will it still make me lose weight and get the benefit?

I am interested in buying either drinkable acai berry yogurt OR acai berry juice. Which is better? Which is cheaper at the grocery store? And im not interested in taking the pills, so will I still lose weight with this and still get the health benefits from the acai berry?

Climbing vs Yoga; which has better health benefits?
When it comes to health benefits, which is better for you? I personally believe climbing is just like yoga, but also increases strength. Does it increase flexibility as well as yoga? (I think it does, but I’m not to sure.)
Plus climbing is also a cardio workout. It’s basically a full body workout. Well that’s what I’ve come to believe, so can any give me their opinion on it?
Why? I’m not doubting you, but what’s your proof?
What are the health benefits of taking yoga?
Whenever I do yoga, my joints seem to get a little achy. And I’m not old, I’m not even 20. Is it because I’m locking my elbows and knees too much? Also, I’d like to know some of the health benefits of doing yoga regularly. Is it true that it helps your body get rid of toxins?
