Lower back pain with lump what could this be?

I have bad lower back pain that started years ago. About 3 years ago I found a small lump that is under my skin. You can’t see it but if you touch my lower back you can feel it. It also moves around a little bit. If you have any idea what this may be then please help.

I’m 23 years old, healthy, and have never had back problems. We’ve had the same mattress for 2 years. In the past week I’ve started getting uncomfortable back pains throughout the night, which cause me to wake up several times in the night. I sleep mostly on my stomach and occasionally on my side. I tried putting a pillow between my legs and under my stomach. It worked a little bit, but the pillow just got in my way in the bed with my husband and 2 dogs. Any other ideas? Please help… I need a good night’s sleep!

im 15 im really athletic and im just starting too get a little bit of cellulite and im terrified! what is good for cellulite.

Cellulite?

I’m a little frustated. I am starting to notice now that i’ve gained a little bit of weight, that I’m not really THAT fat, its just that I have A LOT of cellulite. I mean, it sucks because I know a lot of girls that are much fatter than I am but they have no cellulite, their skin is tight and looks normal, just larger. A friend of mine is about my size maybe a little bit bigger, and she can get away with shorts and skirts and just looks "thick." I on the other hand cant really wear anything above the knee cuz the cellulite makes me look so much bigger. Does anyone know why this is? Could it be because I’ve always been skinny? Or that I have a small body frame? And also, if I lost the weight will it go away? Cuz I’m afraid I’ll go through all the trouble of dieting and exercise and still look fat cuz of cellulite. Any tips?

How do you get rid of stretch marks and cellulite?

I’m young, so my skin is good and I’m hoping that will help. I don’t have that much of either one. The cellulite is mostly on the backs of my legs, and the stretch marks are from when I was younger and they are on the insides of my thighs and a little bit on the sides of my stomach. Will losing weight help both of these to disappear?
