Should I take vitamins while on a body/colon cleanse?

I have just started a body/colon cleanse routine which simply calls for my taking 2 -3 pills in the am & pm, but I normally take a multi, super B, calcium, milk thistle (clean liver) as well as Omega 3. I noticed with the cleanse, that having 2 bowel movements pushes everything out faster. Can someone who has done this give me a reply? This is not aimed at losing weight, but ridding the body of toxins since I do take allergy meds.

Can anyone tell me – seriously – the benefits of a colon cleanse? Is it something you recommend? I have been reading just a bit about how so many things are effected by the colon and how you can feel so run down, bloated, be unsuccessful with losing weight, suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, have digestive problems, etc. all from neglecting your colon. I am just not sure if this has any truth behind it or not. Is a colon cleanse worth having? Is it an expensive process? How do you go about looking into something like this? I realize this topic is a bit off the wall, but any serious help or information would be most beneficial.

I have cellulite on my thighs and was wondering how I can get rid of it. I am walking everyday and losing weight (slowly) but it seems the cellutlite just stays. Does anyone know anything I can do?

I’m young, so my skin is good and I’m hoping that will help. I don’t have that much of either one. The cellulite is mostly on the backs of my legs, and the stretch marks are from when I was younger and they are on the insides of my thighs and a little bit on the sides of my stomach. Will losing weight help both of these to disappear?

listen guys, the old school training method is simple to put together but hard to do. First off diets…You can eat three times a day. There is nothing wrong with eating only three times a day..absolutely nothing. Eat those meals healthy and eat fruit throughout the day and drink plenty of water. Now for losing weight the natural way which will never, ever jepordize your body with supplements and pills that hurt you liver or heart, or even worse for men, your testis, just simply fast 1-2 days a week. simply dont eat for 24 hours and you lose bodyfat not muscle. When you fast you can drink water, and juices. The best way is to fast 6pm to 6pm the following day.
As for your training, train your whole body 3 times per week, or if its to much bring it down to two. using only one exercise per bodypart as in the following example.
Bench press 5 sets of 5
overhead press 5 sets of 5
dips 5 sets to max
back barbell rows 5 sets of 5
barbell curls 5 sets of 5
squats 5 sets of 5
deadlifts 5 sets of 5
calves 5 sets of 5
abs 5 sets of 25
if you want strength bring your reps to 3. if you want size bring em up to 7-8. but for an overall in strength in size keep in the 4-6 rep range.
you can workout on Monday, tuesday off, then wednsday again, the thursday off, then friday again, OR if its to much just do two days out of the week.
you can vary the sets if you want and add weight whenever possible.
there are many methods you can use email me to give you some more tips. I repeat this is for the real natural trainees who don't even touch supplements, NOR STEROIDS,just food and some good natural protein.

I've heard various opinions of detoxifying your body by doing a colon cleansing…this apparently rids the body of parasites that prevent you from staying healthy and losing weight…If this really is a good thing, where can I find a trust-worthy regimen for this?

Is it better to lose weight and Completely shed all your fat before starting to build your body???
I want to lose weight completely and become pencil thin before I start building my body because that way the muscles that I develop will be concrete quality and solid rock hard. Whereas if I start building my body without losing weight, I am worried that the muscles will be soft, because they will be muscles mixed with fat. At the gym people say I am crazy for wanting to become pencil thin before I start building.
Are there any experts on men's fitness that can give me good advice?
