Colon Cleanse???

My mom talked me into doing this Colon Cleanse with her. You just take a pill packed with Herbs & Fibers….& it does it’s job. Well, I’ve been taking it for 3 days. Today I got cramps & tonight I noticed blood in my stool. & I’m not talking about strings of blood…..a lot of blood. For those of you that HAVE done a cleanse……

Have you experienced anything like this?

Is it normal to experience this during a cleanse?

We are mostly adults here right?!?! So, I would appreciate only mature answers!
I don’t have a recommending Dr. We just kind of did this on our own. & I haven’t done any other cleanses previous to this one.

What are some good skin care products for me?

I’m 13 years old , and I have Normal/Combo skin .

I want to maintain a good clean face so I don’t have to repair it when I’m older .

Me & my mom are going to Rite Aid, Target, and Walgreens tomorrow so I might have a chance to buy some of them .

I need a good cleanser , exfoliater, moisturizer .

Dieting Plan Questions?

Hey Guys.
I’m not really overweight, but I would definitely like to lose some because I’m going to the beach in about a month and a half.

Has anyone every tried that plan before? If so, does it work? It seems like it would, for it uses the "many small portioned meals" and "tricking your body" type thing.
So, what I’m asking is, would anybody be able to type up and give me what the diet plan actually is? You have to pay for it, and I would, but as I don’t have my own credit card, I can’t. And I don’t really want to ask my mom to buy it for me.

If not, then has anyone used a really, really good diet plan? Please let me know!!!!!

I would really like to know that because mom's birthday is coming up and I know that my mom would really like an anti-aging cream, she has used a lot over the counter products but can't seem to find one that truly works. Please suggest from previous experience!

Meme, glad to hear your Mom is doing well. I also battled cancer (ovarian).

Anna, I am using Estee Lauder on one spot and Avon on the other. I actually have noticed a difference…guess I'll keep trying!
