What is the best Anti-Aging Cream for late for 28 year old??

I am 28 and have alot of stress which I know will make me grow old more quickly if I don’t take care of myself!! I started noticing very fine lines laugh lines and some lines under my eyes which is depressing I looked up some anti-aging products, but they all have testimonials from women in 40-60s. What are excellent products for women in their late 20’s where you can really start preventing wrinkles and fine lines??? I don’t care if the products are expensive, as long as someone can testify they work!!
Thanks so far for the answers. Since I already use a skin care line, can someone recommend a Serum I can use (instead of a whole skin care line) from the Artistry line? There are so many products I’m not sure which one is best for me.
