I want to know the mechanics of lower back pain.?

I’ve search all the sites and they all talk about how it happens or why it happens, or how to address it, but none talk about the mechanics of lower back pain.

I want to know why, one day, I’m fine, the next day I do something athletic, and my lower back hurts like hell. In this pain mode, I’m basically crippled. But its wierd because there is nothing mechanical I can feel wrong. Where and how does the pain manifest itself ? Nerve damage perhaps, but then, why in a few days does it go away ?

What causes lower back pain during menstruation?

My back is always hurting because of my chest, but that’s more throughout my back, and mainly around my neck/shoulders. During PMS my lower back, just higher than my waist, kills me. It hurts so much, and my legs get so weak I can’t walk. I have to sit out from gym about 3 times each month because of it. What causes these pains? I’m wondering because.. well, I’m not really aware of the relation between the reproductive area and my back/thighs.

How do you relieve middle back pain?

The past week I have been working a temp job, filing a lot of paper work into folders, and rearranging the files into chronological order but my back has been hurting.

I’m althletic, and my previous jobs have been moving around, standing all day, and far from repitious. I don’t even have this much pain after a 3 hour martial arts workout.

I’ve been stretching every hour and do not wan to keep popping pain killers. What else could I do to lower the pain?

The dress environment is business casual so I am not allowed to wear sneakers, but I do not have to wear heals. I have been wearing casual shoes with dress socks.

Can you use a colon cleanse product if you are breastfeeding?

The product I bought is called Colon Clenz by Body Gold and it is supposed to be gentle. It says to take every day, but I want to take it once a week. Will it hurt my baby? I can call the doctor tomorrow, but I wanted personal experiences. Thanks in advance.

How can I help my back pain?

Recently I have been having really bad back pain and soreness. I work out 5-6 days a week doing various aerobic and weight training exercises. My mid and lower back have been really sore and sometimes even spasming. I have taken a day or two of rest from working out but it won’t seem to fully recover. I am only 21 and a female, and I have never really had back pain other than when in intense sports a few years ago. I want to continue to work out so any ideas might help are appreciated.

What can I do to reduce back pain at work?

I was in a car accident 3 year ago and my back was injured. I had 4 months of physical therapy and started taking jobs that I could sit all day. I have alot of pain when I have to stand for long periods of time. I’m starting a new job tomorrow that will require me to stand for 8 hours a day and I need some ideas to help reduce back pain. Are there any braces I can get? Should I try to get on painkillers? Any input would help. Thanks in advance.
