Dry skin body brushing, leg exercises, cellulite massage, water and herbal teas.

Cut the amount of "bad fats" you eat and get regular exercise. That is the only REAL way to reduce cellulite. Sorry. I’ve heard that creams and home-made remedies don’t really work.

um if there are stretch marks with it, then cocoa butter. also, there are creams that can be effective. don’t flip over it. studies show that cellulite is a skin issue, NOT A FAT ISSUE!

Well if you know of anyone that sells AVON they have some cream for it… not sure what it’s called but I think it has retinol in it BUT again im not sure. Lots of exercise and eating good foods can help..

The creams can help but you need to do leg exercises, and lose some fat. The cellulite shows up because the collagen is breaking down in areas. That creates the dimply look. It comes with age. Men get it too.
Lose a little weight, get some regular exercise you will be able to control it.

Cellulite is caused by the female hormone, estrogen. It’s nothing to do with weight. Skinny women can have cellulite – it’s just dimpled skin.

It can damage your self esteem because it’s seen as a flaw, but most females have at least a little bit of it – even celebs, but they can afford liposuction! And it’s only a flaw in today’s trends in the media – hundreds of years ago, it was actually considered attractive by a group of people called reubens! (No joke!). Cellulite is just a feature that’s part of being a woman, like having hips is. Nothing to be ashamed of!

There is no prevention, but some women say cocoa butter helps. The best thing you can do is to eat well and drink plenty of water. Avoid processed meats, caffine, bad fats (ie junk food), salt and white carbs. Increase your intake of lean protein, oily fish, nuts or seeds, fibre and lots of different coloured fruit and veg. Exercise regularly – it should improve. And try not to get stressed – stress increases the level of hormones which cause cellulite. Hope this helps! Sorry it’s a long answer!
