How do I get rid of cellulite and lose a bit of weight?

I’m not fat or anything, I just have cellulite all over my legs. I weight about 9 and a half stone and I’m 5 ft 8. Are there any easy dieting plans or any tips to get rid of cellulite?


Cellulite is tough to get rid of. There are topical creams that can reduce the appearance of cellulite for a short period of time, but exercise is the best choice to help get rid of cellulite. Try focusing on your thighs with lunges. Bicycling and running are also good. Any activity that involves your legs will help get rid of it.
stop eating pies
Try aerobics.
run and eat your five aday and drink plenty of water, dont spend loads of money on things and courses you dont need, thats the best thing to do.
Don’t eat junk food and excercise. Duh
cellulite is forever, it cant be gotten rid of. only a surgeon can do it. they use a big "slurp-er" to suction the fat out and they inject it in Angelina Jolie’s lips.
Sorry to tell you but cellulite is really impossible to get rid of. The only way is to get those LPG treatments. Some salon/spas do them and they’re crazy expensive. My mom got a 12 session package deal for $900. All those creams and pills do not work whatsoever.
Do spin class or aerobics. The elliptical is good for the thighs and there’s not as much stress on the knees as in running.
Do-
Have lots of fruit and veg
Have 3 servings a day of wholegrain carbs to keep your energy up
Have 3 servings of lean protein for organ repair.
Drink lots of water to stop yu feeling hungry
Dont have many crisps, cake, chocolate, soda or biscuits
Don’t cut out carbs as this is dangerous and means you’ll gain the weight straight back
Don’t panic if you give in to temptation. Just get back on track the next day.
Most importantly, don’t give up. It will work if you stick with it.
