What kind of exercises can I do that would get rid of the cellulite on the back of my thighs and tone them up? I’ve tried different things but can’t find anything that gives me a good burn on the back of my thighs…

Cellulite is such a PAIN to get rid of, and i so very much HATE it as the next women. I know how u feel. So i would like to share with you this amazing product from http://www.lipocontourusa.com
It messages your legs, thighs, tush, while you wear it under your clothes at work at home, working out, or whatever you do and who has to know?! NO ONE! It basically messages your leg area while increasing blood ciculation, also getting rid of excess toxins! Trust me you will LOVE every pair you get!

Toning your legs will make cellulite less visible, but you can’t really get rid of it. There are some lotions that claim to help with the appearance but i’m not sure how much they really do. As for exercises, try squats and lunges. You can target different parts of your legs by standing on a slope. Do some with your heels on the highest part and then turn around so your toes are on the highest part. You can also turn your feet different directions as you do the lunges- toes out, toes in. Stair steps are another good exercise for hamstrings. If you don’t have stairs to walk up, you can step up on a low table or chair. You can also hold a heavy object to get more of a burn.

Cellulite patches have been introduced by many cosmetic companies to get rid of the cellulite (cottage-cheese thighs). Caffeine present in coffee is used to break down fat cells and serves as a chemical liposuction.

Sometimes you can get rid of the fat but not the gnarly connective tissue that was created to accommodate the extra fat cells in the first place. Areas of the body that have a high ratio of fat to muscle (for example the thighs, hips and buttock area in women) are particularly hard to smooth out once they have become pocked with cellulite.

Getting rid of cellulite is not as easy as exercising and limiting your caloric intake. As many women know you can get extremely thin, almost skeletal and still have lumps of cellulite showing In fact, if you lose too much weight the cellulite bumps and dents can be even further highlighted.

Usually getting rid of cellulite requires a complete lifestyle overhaul. This usually starts with some kind of detoxifying or cleansing diet and then a permanent modification of your exercise and eating habits. Circuit training that involves an hour of aerobic exercise and weight training is thought to be the best cure for this common problem. Drinking tons of water and eating fruits and vegetables that are water dense may also help get rid of these stubborn deposits of fat.
