Help! I’m only 19 and i am very much in shape and athletic but i have a little noticable cellulite on the back of my legs. What can i do to help this? what works!? thank youuu

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! =) It really works! And cut off all that junk food! That’s what causes it in the first place. Also, it is normal to have just a bit…so don’t stress. Hope it works for you too!!

i start seeing cellulite on my legs when i stop my workout routine. i do pilates, tae bo dvds, as well as walking the treadmill and doing lots of ab stuff. i would suggest pilates for sure…a dvd i like is denise austin..you can pick and choose between abs, legs, hips, buns etc and create your own customized workout which you can change every day. its a great dvd. if you dont want to buy a dvd, do lots of squats and lunges.
also, as far as diet, i know its extreme, but since i became a vegetarian my cellulite has decreased. try to cut down on sugary foods.
