I don’t think you need to – just watch your calorie intake on those days and don’t try really hard to limit certain meals to proteins, carbs, etc.
enjoy them and keep towards your goal!
Don’t forget to exercise, too – you’ll burn calories faster and while you’re at rest if you have more lean muscle.
