Fat accumulates in our bodies when we consume more calories than we burn off, are body’s convert excess calories to fat and use this for energy later on. Fats are metabolically expensive to use as energy, So your body uses simply carbs for is energy.

Studies have shown that non-overweight women can be vulnerable to excess stomach fat due to higher levels of stress. They also found that women with abdominal fat have more moods that are negative.

Prevention is better that cure
If you have a problem with belly fat, its best to try to maintain a normal weight cut back on sugars and other carbohydrates. Losing stomach fat is just the same as losing it from any other part of your body. The best way is to follow a good healthy weight loss plan combined with aerobic exercises. However, do not expect great results if you just follow your healthy diet and exercise plan for a few days then go back to your old eating habits.

Stomach weight loss is an ongoing project that will require working out as well as a good healthy eating plan. No matter how little a person eats if they do not exercise then they really will not see a difference in the stomach area. This is often due to genetics. Do not give up and keep eating healthy.
