I’m 23 year old female- what kind of wrinkle/anti-age products should I be using to prevent fine lines etc.?

I currently do not have any wrinkles that I can see but I know it’s time to start preventing them (I do go tanning a few times a week- yes I know how terrible it is!) I use Aveeno positively radiant spf 15 as a facial lotion… but what else could I use to help my skin age gracefully? and my eyes? Thanks!!
Also- I use St. Ives exfoliating apricot scrub just about everyday.. is this potentially harmful because I use it so often and it is a bit abrasive? Will that cause my pores to enlarge?

I would recommend this anti-aging skin care treament

    Cleanser
Starting with clean skin makes the rest of your skin-care arsenal more effective. Try a gentle cleanser that leaves protective oils and moisture behind

    Anti-aging serum
These potent formulas pack concentrated power in small doses. The best contain antioxidants (look for vitamins C and E and green tea) or peptides (amino-acid chains believed to bolster the skin’s collagen production), Blend a few drops onto freshly cleansed skin—it absorbs better when pores are wide open.

    Moisturizer
When skin cells become dehydrated, they shrivel up, making skin look older, dull in tone and texture, and even wrinkled. free radicals can penetrate more easily through dry skin to attack the layers of collagen and elastin." (In other words: You get saggy skin.) Look for a lightweight formula that has an SPF of at least 25 and contains petrolatum or glycerin, the gold standards for moisture retention.

    Sunscreen
The sun can seriously speed up the aging process, causing damage, hyperpigmentation, and cell breakdown. "Your best defense is to be thorough with your sunscreen," "Even if you’ve applied a moisturizer or foundation with SPF, be sure to use a sunscreen if you’ll be out for more than an hour or so." Look for one that contains Parsol 1789 or Mexoryl—both block deep-penetrating UVA rays effectively. And reapply often.

    Retinoid
Anti-aging ingredients aren’t immediate people-pleasers; they need time to do their good deeds. Take, for example, retinoids. These vitamin-A derivatives—prescription-strength are sold as Retin-A and Renova; the similar but less powerful over-the-counter version is retinol—smooth away fine lines and wrinkles, help even out skin tone, and may even reverse the effects of UV exposure. However, they can make skin more sensitive to UV light, so doctors recommend applying the cream before bed. That way, it can do its thing while you doze.

    Sleep
Getting plenty of shut-eye is as good for your complexion as it is for your body. When medical researchers at Cornell University deprived 11 women of sleep for just one night, it was enough to deplete their skin’s defenses. To make the most of your z’s, try to get seven to eight hours of sleep a night, and use a humidifier to keep your skin moist and help your nighttime treatment sink into your pores.

Even though you currently do not have any wrinkles etc. and you want to prevent them, you are too young to have wrinkles… However if you want to prevent them you should try Nitrogena Ultra Clean (it cleans the skin and prevent the wrinkles)
The product you are using [Aveeno positively Radiant SPF 15] protects you skin against the sun.

You are NEVER too young to start! I use Clinique SPF 40 and it works for me. It can also be used as a makeup primer.

    *Use SPF
    *Keep skin moisturized
*Drink a good amount of water
*Eat foods rich in antioxidants (protect against free radicals) and high in Vitamin C (encourages cell production)
*Avoid sleeping in certain ways (it’s a little dramatic but they say we can get sleep lines!)
    *exfoliate once a week
*Use your ring finger to apply under eye makeup (it’s your weakest finger)
*Always wash your face morning and night and follow with a moisturizer and toner.
*Avoid sun as much as possible, wear hats, sunglasses, wear SPF etc…
    *Don’t smoke (der)
    *Avoid stress and get sleep!

**Much of skin aging is a result of what we put on the face. So many skincare products, moisturizers, cleansers, exfoliaters AND anti aging products have been found to contain harmful, skin aging, premature wrinkle causing ingredients. Many such products have been removed from market, notably in France, as they pose great risks of causing acne and skin cancer.

Too frequent, too thorough cleaning also harms and ages and wrinkles skin. You can confirm with Google searches. The best prevention and the safest, modest cost way, is to use essential oils – olive, almond and grape seed are suitable for all skin types and they are perfect, natural moisturizers – you will need no other. They feed skin essential nutrients that nurture it and ward off aging and wrinkling. Applied properly they WILL largely prevent formation of wrinkles and can definitely diminish existing ones. It is best to thoroughly massage into skin quite vigorously. Tighten skin first by partially opening mouth, pulling lips firmly back against the teeth and jutting out the chin slightly. This tightens most of face muscles and at same time exercises and conditions them and thus combats their weakening which is main cause of sagging, leading to wrinkling and lines. Massage also firms, smooths and tightens skin and gives it a healthy, vital glow. In some of my other answers I give detailed info. how to massage to reduce existing lines and wrinkles and how to regain a considerably younger looking face. If cannot find I can send to you. To avoid skin harm by high SPF sunscreens (again confirm with a Google) first apply essential oil and lightly remove surface excess with water and tissues then apply sunscreen on top. Surprisingly, It is equally, if not more, effective. I do this and am often in intense sun for hours at a time with just one application of spf 15 and never burn nor even tan**
