Oil of Olay has amazing anti-aging products. I highly reccomend the regenerist line. Great thinking getting started now!!!
The best anti-aging product out there is sunscreen =)
i dont think you need anti aging at age 19 but i would get something natural like burts bees simply ageless serum
spf under your make-up! it never fails to tighten skin
There are a lot of products to choose from and that can be overwhelming. Focus on the ingredients first and quality of the brand second.
*Antioxidants- Things like Vitamin C, A, grape-seed extract, green tea, white tea etc.
*Essential oils- keep skin hydrated and plump
*Retinoids
*Growth Factors
*Sunscreen- the number one cause of premature aging is sun damage. Use at least an SPF of 15 for everyday and don’t forget to put it on your neck and chest as well as hands. It is best to layer a sunscreen over your moisturizer. Too much sunscreen in your moisturizer impedes the effectiveness of the other anti-aging ingredients.
*Smoking, drugs, alcohol all cause premature aging… they produce free radicals which are harmful molecules that damage your cells, antioxidants are what fight these.
My favorite skincare lines: CHANEL (kicks ass and worth the money), ORIGINS, Bobbi Brown. Drugstore ones? Roc and Nutragena have good ones.
